About Me
I'm 5'8 and my highest weight was 226. My goal is 150. I've been "dieting" for 9 years. I'm just now realizing the proper way to lose weight and am seeing results that I expect to last. One of my biggest problems is wanting to lose weight in a hurry. I am trying to be patient this time. I've read a LOT of weight loss books and have even taken an at home fitness and nutrtion course (and passed). I'm glad I recently found this website. I love the calorie tracker. I'm excited and motivated to lose it once and for all.
My goals: 1. Weight loss 2. Weight maintence 3. Healthy living 4. Disease free when I'm older
Why I Want To Get In Shape
To look good. To feel good. To be healthy. So I won't be sickly when I'm older.
