Been injured 3 times, seem to put on more weight each time. This is a bigger challenge than before (I've hit an all time high!) and I've been less active for longer (7 months or so?). Still no sign of healing so this could go on for quiet a while.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I miss the confidence and endurance! I don't like being held back by an injury.
Why wait to get back in shape when I could jump start things right now?
