About Me

I am 35, and have two beautifull little girls. My husband is Spanish and I live in Madrid, Spain but I am originally from Connecticut. I am happy to be in Spain, life is very nice here, but sometimes the "homesickness" for the U.S. is unbearable!

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I've always tried to be more or less in shape, but I think I started eating more for energy and less for comfort when I was pregnant. (Of course that didn't stop me from gaining 40 pounds in each pregnancy) But now more than ever I want to be an in-shape mom to play with my girls and have the inner-peace to be a patient, giving mom.

My Inspirations

• Living a long healthy life with my family
• Be a good roll-model for my girls
• Get back into my "skinny" jeans (this would be a plus)
