Before I had my two wonderful daughters ( who are now 6 & 3 years old) my weight was never a concern. After my second child I had put on a total of 70 lbs and instead of working it off I gained an additional 15lbs. Over the last couple years I have lost the additional 15, but am a long way from where I began. Thanks to prayer and family support I am finally in the mindframe to make the lifestyle change needed to achieve my goal.
Why I want to get in shape
I want to feel like the old me with a new outlook. :)
- Being healthy
- Looking good in my swimwear
- Fitting into favorite jeans
