I lost 88 pounds on WW in a year in 2008. I've gained it all back + some and need to start over. I can offer advice on some subjects based on my previous weight loss (and gain) but I'm not an expert. I'll offer my opinion but only you can decide what works for you.
Don't be offended if I don't make a comment on everything that you post online. If I can't think of anything important or terribly witty I won't comment. It's not that I don't like what you posted...I just don't feel like a short, trite response is needed. I might still "like" it! :)

Feel & look better
Improve my health
Lower BP & HDL/LDL...again
Decrease arthritis pain
Buy clothes more easily
Fit into the skinnier clothes in my closet
- My previous success at losing weight (B & A post in pics)
- My son!
- Being comfortable
- Fitting into seats at public events :)
