Well, hmm...lets see...
I am a 32 year old mom of two beautiful kiddos. I am married to the love of my life, Josh.
I have packed on the weight during both of my pregnancies and I am ready to get back to the body I was when my husband and I were dating....I'm going to do it!
...Just an UPDATE... I am in the process of giving up Coke and I'm happy to say that yesterday, June 11th, I went the whole day without one! Woo Hoo!!!!
I also reset my goal weight to 140 instead of 145. So, I have tweaked my goal a bit and bumped up my exercise from 3 days a week of cardio to 5 days a week of cardio...and feeling so wonderful!!
I am also fitting in strength training a little every day...working a different muscle group every day and then starting the cycle over again.
I have not seen the scale move that much since these changes (yet...not even a week into it) but I have definitely lost inches and I am physically feeling so much better with a ton more energy. Nothing but postives so far!! (:

Why I Want To Get In Shape
1. Health. I want to set a good example for my children and be the healthiest I can be.
2. Looks. Lets face it. It matters. I want to look amazing...and of course I will feel amazing too.
3. I am bound and determined to run...I want to run...sounds simple enough, right?! I am going to run in some type of marathon one of these days! ;-)
4. I have a closet full of "cute" clothes that I want to get back into ;-)
My Inspirations
- My kids.
- My husband.
- People who have been where I am now and are now where I want to be.
- CUTE CLOTHES!!!

Thanks for the words of encouragement! I can't seem to keep up the enthusiasm over exercise. Walking is just too boring! I'd appreciate any tips you could pass my way.
