My name is John, i'm 36 years old and I live and work in Macao which is a small group of islands in the South China Sea abouy 4o miles away from Hong Kong.
I am originally from Cornwall in England and am in Macao for work.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

My Dad recently had a heart attack and it brought home to me how special he is in my life, I thought about my kids and decided its time for change. My Dad is ok now but it made me think of my own mortality.
