About Me
Im 34 years old and have 2 children and have been with the man of my dreams for 21 years now . I joined this site a about a year ago cause one morning I stepped on the scale to go " what the hell" Been under so much stress in the last year that I didn't even realize that I had gained so much weight.I have fallen off the wagon many time since being here . Time for change this time Im not going to lose this battle without a fight !!!!!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I just want to feel good again in my skin. I want to put on a pair of jeans without having rolls hanging over. I have been having shortness of breath and litterally no energy. This has to stop !!!!

JOCELYN! don't think I've forgotten about u. Where have u been? haven't heard from u in a whole week! hope all is well and u haven't gotten off track (not too bad anyways). if you have its ok cuz we have about 5 or so weeks before xmas and we still got a chance!
Hey Jocelyne! My daily goal in calories change depending on how many exercise calories I have. On days where I don't exercise, my goal is 1430. I typically don't eat my exercise calories, if I do, its not very many of them. I have used the recommended option to lose 1 pound per week. I like that goal because its not too much, and I can still eat 1430 calories a day. And I'm seeing results so I like it! If you have a starting goal of 1200 and you are exercising your daily goal should change! I wonder if there is a glitch on yours? I would recommend eating at LEAST your daily goal, otherwise it would hinder weight loss. Somedays I have to try hard to eat 1430 (like the other night I had a PB sandwich because I had 300 calories left!) But, otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto the fat!
