About Me
Lean and fit, until second child. Due to bedrest, etc. I gained 60 lbs. I lost that and maintained for 6 years. Now, due to some life situations I've gained about 10. Time to make it disappear! Currently starting my third year of grad school studying chemistry. More importantly I want to set a good example for my children. My goal is consistently living a healthy, active life where weight is maintained through good choices.
Just updated goals. I'm more interested in fitness and tone than weight. I don't care too much what the scale says, but how the clothes fit.

Well my eating is great - exactly where it needs to be which is what I already thought was going on.
The problem is the long hours studying, writing, researching, grade....i.e. not moving enough.
I'm kicking up the exercise to a higher gear.
This great site has reminded me it is a GOOD thing to exercise and I should not deprive myself (I love it...I feel so selfish when I exercise when I have so much to do.)
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I feel better when I'm fit. I function better. I'm a better person to be around and certainly have energy and lower stress levels when I'm destressing through exercise daily. I have not changed sizes, but how the size I wear fits. I want it to look better.

- Tone, tone, tone - and some definition tossed in.
