About Me

I am 47 years old, married mother of two children...both married. My daughter is 24 her husband 26. My son is 22, his wife 20, and they have a new baby (my first grandbaby). She is 2 months old and adorable.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

On December 22, 2006 I was diagnosed with Chornic Myeloid Leukemia. It gave me quite a scare and after 18 months I am finally feeling stronger and now want to work out and get to a healthy weight.

My Inspirations

• To live a long and healthy life!
• To overcome problems associated with a chronic illness.
• My new granddaughter...I want to watch her grow up!
