About Me
Every couple of years my weight tends to yo-yo between 30 pounds. I go through periods of serious eating, then serious dieting. It's exhausting! I have no excuses not to lose weight. I just really like chips and watching TV!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
My clothes are getting tight and I don't like to go shopping.
My Inspirations
- Ward off heart disease and cancer, both of which run in my family.
- Fit into my skinny dress.
