I started this journey consistently in Jan 2011. Weight has been a constant battle I feel like my entire life. Before I had my daughter I'd spend hours in the gym everyday after work. After I had her I felt guilty about her being in daycare all day then going to the gym that nite, so I stopped going. When she was 2 1/2 her Drs thought she might have autism. I pretty much devoted the whole year to her between PT/OT, at home sensory activites, and home visits from the school. I pretty much could have cared less about myself I just wanted to help her. Turned out that no she didn't have it, but she is learning delayed with some sensory issues that are going to be a constant battle. She is now back on track. In Jan 2011 I knew I had to do something and so I joined a gym. I've consistently been working out. Yes I have lost weight but I'm not where I want to be yet.

Why I want to get in shape
For my health and for my daughter. It would be nice to go shopping and not have to wonder if something will fit.
- my daughter I want to be healthy for her and a good example
- To actually be at or under my drivers license weight:)
