I am very heavy from my last pregnancy and I need to lose the weight for my physical and mental health.. so here goes!

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I have Siatica, it is a nerve issue in my back and it will only get better with my weight lose. I was at a great place wieght wise when i got pregnant and I really want to get back to that.
