i am mother of three married , ths is my second marriage and im wanting to find some friends and support to help me lose the weight i do desire to lose..
i have lost weight b4 i have lost 40 plus pounds and now have gained it and some back

Why I Want To Get In Shape

i have never been as heavy as i am now and im just embarased of it especially of my mushroom belly :(

My Inspirations

  • i wont have high blood pressure
  • i will feel better and have more energy

thanks honey!!! We had a blast...but oh Lawd....I ate way too much rich, salty and sugary foods....all or mainly Italian dishes....and oh so good, but now i"m like OH WOW time to be really really good LOL...
