About Me

I am a 37 year old mother of 3. My hobbies include sewing and quilting, and just about any other craft that strikes my fancy. I love to cook and create beautiful things. I have 3 noisy parrots, a cockatiel, a parakeet, a ferret, and a spoiled cat that also require my time. Lol, I know I am living in a madhouse!

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I want to be attractive again. I want to look good for me and so my children will be proud to introduce me to their friends. I just want to feel good about the person I look at in the mirror. I have also been diagnosed with arthritis between each disc in my back, the doctor said I probably would not be able to move my back in 10-15 years. I refuse to let that happen, as long as I can prevent it, and I know that losing weight will prolong the life of my back.
