I don't know what to tell about my self except I am morbidly obese and need to get rid of it. I have tried my whole life to lose weight only to gain more than losing. Now I am huge and not feeling so great at a young age of 44.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I have five beautiful children and I have to get healthly for my kids. I want to be around a long time for them.
