About Me
I am overwhelmed at the thought that I need to lose 30 lbs to be at my normal healthy BMI. So, I am breaking up my goals into smaller mini goals. Goal 1 is to lose 5 lbs. I think I can reach this one pretty easy. I have done it before. Now it is a matter of getting there and then moving right on to the next mini goal.
So, Goal 1 - lose 5 lbs. I expect to accomplish this goal in 3 weeks (by Oct. 16th)
I am putting together my fitness plan. I take a judo class on Thursday nights. I will work out at my gym the 4 other days with weekends optional. I also plan to pay closer attention to what I am eating. I just stopped drinking diet coke (my addiction) and I have replaced it with various teas that are a healthier choice.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
Basically to have a healthier lifestyle.. I want to be a healthier person and make better choices. I've always been the "biggest" person in my sibling set and for once and for all I'd like that to change. My lil bro is a US Marine. So if he can work his butt off, so can I.
