Bike nut, triathlete, lifter and father (not always in that order). Just a regular dude trying to be anything but regular.

Currently cutting/maintaining for race season... averaging ~2000 cals per day while lifting (Wendler's 5/3/1), running, and biking as much as I can.

sub 3hr olympic

do a tri with an ocean swim
do a 24hr mtn bike race
run a 6min mile

do consecutive handstand push-ups
do a muscle-up
bench 225lbs
squat 255 (1.5*bw)

10% BF @ 160-165lbs



Why I want to get in shape

I'm not trying to get into shape... I'm trying to be better. I enjoy pushing myself and seeing what I'm capable of.
