Happily Married to my best friend & a Mother to 3 Beautiful children (17, 19 & 31). I'm 49 and holding! I work from home so food is way to available! I've tried every diet known. Sure they worked for a while then I got bored from all the restrictions. So here I am.
Everyday I think I'll start my diet tomorrow. Well tomorrow never comes. I do well for a while then the event that I go to is over & so is the diet. I need to change my thinking about food. So I'm taking control now...I know I can. I use to look hot in my 20's (like we all did). Then I got married & had kids & cooking food for bake sales at school etc. Now the kids are almost grown & gone. No excuses now. Well OK maybe 1 small excuse...I had back surgery almost 1 1/2 years ago. Exercise hurts now even with surgery - you think I would be better but I still hurt.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to keep up with my family & not hear them say "mom can't do that while on vacation". I'm tired of hurting, aching bones & feeling sluggish. I'm ready to travel & see the world. To feel healthier & look good. I would like to fit into cute jeans & look good for my age. I want that Spring Back in my step.
