I'm 36 an need to lose a bunch of weight. I have been overweight/obese for my whole adult life. I have a 17 year old son and live with him, my parents and my brother and sister in law. I am a admin assistant with Lincoln Trail District Health Department's diabetes program.

My doctor keeps yelling at me and I'm tired of it.
