Short Term goals:
~ Get rid of a few pounds I have no use for.
~ Make 2017 HAPPIER than 2016
~ Live in the moment... if it's a crappy moment, work to make it BETTER.
Why I want to get in shape
My health, I see some stuff going on in older family members that I would like to avoid if at all possible.
I want to be back to my normal self again. Running, Duathlons. Kayaking, TRX, yoga. It keeps my mood up to be being the active and fit.
- My kids (teenagers!!!) =) I want to be a good role model
- Cute clothes!!!
