Why I want to get in shape
My health, I see some stuff going on in older family members that I would like to avoid if at all possible.
I want to be back to my normal self again. Running in 5K's, & Duathlons (no more Triathlons for me...LOL) Kayaking, more yoga. It keeps my mood up to be being the active and fit.
- My kids =) I want to be a good role model
- Cute clothes that are COMFORTABLE
- Staying healthy as I age...
