Wife and Mom of 12yo (boy/girl) twins (where does the time GO?), have battled with my weight for the last few years. I lost ALL my pregnancy weight by the time my kids turned one. I can't blame that. (I was 147 pre-preg, gained 47lbs, up to 194) But, it came back and brought friends. =P
Why I want to get in shape
I felt HORRIBLE!!! I had suffered a knee injury that was resisting healing, depressed, NO energy. It just needs to STOP. I NEED to be back to my normal self again. Running in 5K's, & Duathlons (no more Triathlons for me...LOL) and playing with my kids.
NEW YEAR... New goals!!!
