Mom of THIRTEEN year old twins (where does the time GO?) I lost ALL my pregnancy weight by the time my kids turned one. I can't blame that. (I was 147 pre-preg, gained 47lbs, up to 194) But, it came back and brought friends. =P I have lost and regained 20lbs a few times and couldn't seem to go lower. (and then I'd go back up...grr) I am determined to break through that barrier this time. =)
Why I want to get in shape
I had suffered a knee injury that was resisting healing, depressed, NO energy. It just needs to STOP. I NEED to be back to my normal self again. Running in 5K's, & Duathlons (no more Triathlons for me...LOL) and playing with my kids.
- My kids =) I want to be a good role model
- Cute clothes that are COMFORTABLE
- Staying healthy as I age...
