Wife and Mom of 11yo (boy/girl) twins (where does the time GO?), have battled with my weight for the last 7 years or so. I lost ALL my pregnancy weight by the time my kids turned one. I can't blame that. (I was 147 pre-preg, gained 47lbs, up to 194) But now, it's has all came back and brought friends. =P
My profile picture I was 155lbs, a little heavier than my goal, but still pretty good. (I'd take it....) I took up Triathlons & did a half marathon to try to stop gaining. It didn't work. I stopped doing races because running while heavy is HARD. (but I am trying again now, because I like it and maybe I can get lighter again and it'll be more fun again.)
Why I want to get in shape
I felt HORRIBLE!!! I had suffered a knee injury that was resisting healing, depressed, NO energy. It just needs to STOP. I NEED to be back to my normal self again. Running in 5K's, & Duathlons (no more Triathlons for me...LOL) and playing with my kids.

145 - re-evaluate if I want to go lower when I get here.
