I am a 22 year old mother of two who needs to lose her baby belly. I have tried once in the past to seriously lose the weight, and I lost 10 pounds - however, I gained it all back after suffering an injury to my foot that put me on my back for a good week. I joined this site, and have the app on my Android phone, because I needed something that was mobile to keep me on track. And this is the only site that has given me specific goals each week and each day.
I love yoga and meditation, which is why those are two things that are apart of my work out routine - they are helpful in so many ways! I hope to develop the habit of doing them every morning in the future. I also hope to start getting to bed sooner so I can wake up with the sun. That has always been a dream of mine.
I love scrapbooking and art journaling, and I am incorporating those two things onto this journey to a healthy, happier me. :D

Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to get into shape so I have more self confidence and esteem - both of which I am severely lacking. I also want to get into shape for my kids - not only so I can actually get outside and run after my 9 month old, once she starts walking, and teach my 3 year old how to ride his bike, but also because I want to set an example that if you put your mind to something, and you really want that goal, you can reach it, as long as you are willing to put in the hard work and effort. I want to be a good example for my kids, and an inspiration to my friends that are moms.
