About Me
I have been exercising for quite a while, but my eating habits were terrible. I joined MyFitnessPal for the food diary and the calorie counter, but the advice you give on the message boards is great too!
I have two daughters, ages 4 and 7. I am trying to lose 200 lbs. of dead weight (my husband...long story), but why stop there? My goal weight is 145.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to look like a young, vibrant woman instead of the "fat housewife" I feel like now. I want to be healthier, sleep better and have more energy to keep up with my children...and fitting into my "skinny jeans" is just a bonus!
My Inspirations
- All the nice clothes I have...that are way too small for me right now
- My family...my mom died young and I don't want to do that to my kids.
- Being able to keep up with the pace of life
- Being able to shop for clothes without feeling bad
