About Me
I have always been at least a little bit overweight but last year I went into the 200's and decided I needed to take action. I have lost thirty pounds so far but I still have thirty to go! I decided I needed to join MyFitnessPal to keep track of exactly what I was eating because I'm very good at going off on a tangent haha! My boyfriend and I live together with three dogs so when it comes to food we usually eat things we shouldnt :/ We are on one of those "college budgets" but I plan on using our money more wisely to buy well balanced healthy foods!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
Being overweight almost my entire life I am so fed up with it! I want to be able to wear the clothes I want to wear and go to the beach without worrying so much of what I look like. I want my family to be proud of me because I know they can see that I am upset sometimes about my appearance. I want to live as long as possible. I worry about heart disease and other illnesses that are weight related. Plus!- I have a trip to Aruba coming up!! I want to look good!! :D
