GOALS:
32% body fat, average (MET 06/11/09)
finish P90X round 1 (MET 07/11/09)
132 lbs, healthy BMI (MET 08/06/09)
26% body fat, ideal (MET 09/30/09)
128 lbs, safety net (MET 10/02/09)
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I was the person who always took care of everyone else. And while I still do, I now make sure that I devote some of that energy towards taking care of me.
As a child, I always wanted to be fit. And this site has helped me realize that dream ... I'm now looking forward to climbing the John Muir trail once I can afford it again.
My Inspirations
- being able to climb Yosemite mountain trails
- encouraging my boys to grow up fit and strong

Congrats on the Healthy BMI !!!! that is a big goal for me, and I'm still a few lbs away. You have done so well!! I wish I had tracked some more specific info as I'm getting closer to my goals... have a blessed day!!
