Using MFP to try and introduce a little 'science' in to my plan.
Now doing a 'lean gains' style cut, so aiming for around 1450 calories on non workout days and 2450 on workout days.
Try to eat 1-9pm, which better for me staying in calorie goal.
175g or so of protein every day, 30g fat on workout days, 60g fat on rest days; the rest carbs.
Why I want to get in shape
To better enjoy the activities I like doing.
To just look good ;).
