About Me

I am 43 years old and live in Phoenix. I am a chef and have my own catering company. My boyfriend is 36 and spends his time between Atlana and Phoenix. But will be moving here soon. I have a dog Bonnie and she is a great hiking partner. I do not have kids but 2 nieces and 4 god children. I love to cook, travel, be with familly, go to church and above all love God.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I had busy year and got out of all my good habits and found myself with 10 extra pounds. I have always counted calories to keep me on track and used calories per hour sight. I found this sight because I wanted someplace to keep logs and found all the great people here as a bonus.
