Today's Food Notes

I'm Really Dissapointed in my protein intake. I like to try to get in around 90 but that's for a 1600 calorie intake. I'm trying to range between 1200-1400 to go 'tight' I may decide to eat a greek yogurt before bed too so that I can get in some extra protein :) I need it for vital muscle recovery!
