About Me
My New Year's Resolution for 2010 is to have no resolutions for 2010. It has to start now!
I hit 30 years old this year and realized that there was a lot I need to work on about myself. I've always been there for others and decided it was time to be there for myself.
Things that need to change:
- Quit smoking
- Lean down
- Generally eat healthier and adjust my daily diet, such that it becomes a lifetime routine
- Improve my financial situation and look toward purchasing a home or condo
Why I Want To Get In Shape
A) I made a bet with a friend for who can lose the most body fat % in 6 weeks.
B) I love the beach and, in the summer, spend as much time there as possible ... hoping to one day have a beach bod I can be proud of.
C) I started enjoying a lot of sports and activities and want to improve my cardio so I can be better at them.
D) Just generally hoping to lengthen my life and, more importantly, improve my quality of life.

Hey, Thanks for the advice about Alan Carr's book. I'm going to try and find it tomorrow while I'm out shopping. :) I'm doing really good with the no pepsi. I haven't had but one (24 oz) since I started this site. Hopefully Nov 1st I'll be smoke free. :) I've cut down to about half a pack already (down from 3) so it's a start :)
