About Me
I have been on and off different fitness plans for over 2 years now. You name it, I've tried (and failed) it. When I'm near, say, a bowl of ice cream I end up taking about four helpings. I know that's bad, but it seemed there was nothing I could do about it. This website could be the final push I need get myself back on track!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to be healthy and fit. I want to be able to not have to worry about going to a restaurant or party and eating too much unhealthy food.
Goals -
1st goal is to be 180 lbs - not reached yet!
2nd goal - 165 lbs
3rd goal - 155 lbs
Final Goal - 145 lbs
My Inspirations
- Tons of my cutest clothes don't fit me anymore!
- I couldn't run a mile without getting out of breath - NOW I CAN!!!!
