About Me
I have been overweight since I was a child. I lost 140 pounds on WW, reaching goal weight in Jan. 2006. I have been able to maintain my weight since then and I want to keep it that way. There are several things I have learned in my weightloss journey and the most important is planning and tracking.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
It's about being healthy!
To be able to be physically active.
My Inspirations
- There will come a day when I can no longer run - today is NOT that day!!!
- I never want to go back to the weight I once was
- I never want my weight to stop me from being able to do anything I want to do
- Roller Coasters! At my highest weight I didn't fit
