About Me

I had a major abdominal surgery 2 years ago. I was a sickly 120lbs before and gained 30lbs quickly after. I want to be fit, healthy and active and teach that lifestyle to my almost 3 year old son.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I do not want to be limited by my physical ability.
I do not want to be limited by how I feel about myself.
I want abundance in all things, and it starts with my health.
