About Me
In the past years I tried to diet, with good intentions, however I never really commited to any plan. I tried them all for a few days and quickly slipped back into my old habits ice cream, and all foods being a weakness. My friend invited me to a Weight Watchers meeting in April of this year (2009). In October I reached my goal and became a Life Time member. I started out at 172 lbs and am now 141 lbs. I was so successful on this diet because of the freedom the plan offers. There is no food that you cant have if you stick to the plan. For six months I steamed, baked, roasted, weight, measured and sprayed my way to my goal. Every step of the way was exciting and magical. I have learned to respect food and enjoy it like never before. I made no special food for me it was just easier to cook for from the WW plan. I joined MyfitnessPal because I stumbled across the site. I enjoy many of the tools offered and it has helped me so much. Thank you for being here.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to get in shape because I want to look nicer in my clothes, tone my body (so much is dragging).
