Im am 33 years old live in Northern California(wine country), I am outgoing friendly and real. I have a beautiful 11 year old daughter. My weight has been an issue for me for a long time. I am hoping this time I will remain in control of my emotional and boredom eating. So far so good.

I have lost a little over 20 pounds as of today and I am pretty optimistic.I know I can do what I set my mind to.I am going to be and maintain a healthy weight.There are to many things I want to do in life to let obesity control my destiny.
