I've been logging on MFP for almost 700 days now and have maintained a healthy weight the past year and a half. Now I have a renewed focus to get to my optimal racing weight and lose body fat. I'm 4'10", 102 lbs, and am at about 21% BF.
Why I want to get in shape
I'm already in good shape, but want to take it to the next level. Aiming to get leaner, stronger, and faster!
