Lost about 20 lbs before coming here and 24 lbs since I've been here. I am at a good weight for me and am working on body composition now. Wishing I had started strength training when I was still hefty instead of waiting till I'd lost the weight.
I currently have my net goal set just over BMR and am considering that as a daily minimum net goal. I consider my ceiling around 2000.
Why I want to get in shape
To pick heavy things up and put them down.
