My name's Emily. I was super active and in shape thanks to swim team all throughout childhood and my teens. Then I got an office job and got fat for a few years! Finally decided it was time to make a change and get back in shape. P90X got me back into working out and set me in the right direction. I was addicted to at home workout DVDs for a while there. Doing a lifting routine at a gym now and enjoying it a lot more, aside from all the fucking people.

Starting Weight: 230 lbs. (May 2011)
Current Weight: 156 lbs.
Goal Weight: I really have no idea.
**Sometimes I post non-fitness related stuff. I like sharing things about all aspects of my life and I like to get to know the people that I connect with on more than just a fitness level.
Why I want to get in shape
I want to look like my old self again! (I'm finally there now)
I want to be able to accomplish things I never thought possible. (Tough Mudder is a goal for sometime in the future)
I wanna arm wrestle my guy friends and win.
And I want to rock the the shit out of a belly button ring.
