This is the 3rd time I've been trying to lose some weight, but never was able to stick to it. I finally have a plan of attack and it seems to be paying off. This is the longest I've been exercising on a regular basis with consistency.
Why I want to get in shape
To lose weight and be fit. To see how far I can take my body what it can truly accomplish and operate at.
