About Me
I'm a 46 yr old lady who wants her active mind to line up with an active lifestyle. Don't drink, soon to be a non-smoker, married ~ I like art, poetry and old movies on Turner classics. I also like to mix up my excercising. I do DVDs ~ no gym. I have currently been training with Turbo Jam, FIRM, some "wogging" and most recently 30 Day Shred w/ Jilliam Michaels!!! - circuit training. I like to trick my body and try new things. I used to weigh 255lbs and I lost thru Atkins and Weight Watchers, hit a plateau and have been stuck around this same weight for about a year - up and down 5-7 lbs but always the same -185lbs. I lack the consistency with my diet... My excercise has picked up dramatically so I guess I am a more fit 185, but I still desire to be leaner and stronger. I need some help and you guys get to be it, lol!! Down right at 20lbs since joining MFP and look forward to more improvement.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to be one of those people who age gracefully and are still active and fit, mentally , physically and spiritually. I can't do this alone~ by myself I lack the motivation to stick and stay. Hopefully, with you guys, we can get fit together!
