About Me
I lost 115 pounds in a weight loss program about 3 years ago. I've put back on about 40 pounds and I'm ready to take it off. I want to feel as good as I did then and lead a healthy and active life.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to stop digging my grave with my knife and fork. I want to feel better and stronger and be able to do things that are fun and active.
My Inspirations
- Having my clothes fit better.
- Getting faster on my mountain bike.
- Doing another triathalon, but with a better time.
