Why I want to get in shape
To feel better about myself, to look in a mirror and not want to cry because of whats looking back at me.
Update: Aug 2013
I made it to my goal weight back in Feb 2013.
I have gained back 10 lbs since then and for the most part I'm okay with that. My muscles are more define and I look good :)
I know longer cry when I look at myself in the mirror and that is a good thing.
