I have gotten more health conscious, perhaps even obsessed at times. Unfortunately I still have those days when I fall off. Depression can play havoc with motivation, but I'll keep going... because it's what I do!
Why I want to get in shape
I want to feel more comfortable in my own skin. My breathing and strength has already improved, but I'd like to be able to look in the mirror and not hate the way certain body parts stick out.
- To wear sleeveless tops without feeling self-conscious
- To wear shorts for the summer
- To wear short skirts again
