About Me
I lost about 20 pounds several years ago with Atkins but I don't think that is all that good for me so I am choosing to just count calories and exercise at least a few time a week and drink more water.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
To get in shape and not feel tired and depressed about my weight and fit in my clothes I have now and not have to buy bigger sizes.
My Inspirations
- My loving and dear husband, for each other. To feel better about myself.
- To fit more comfortable in my clothes.
- To not have a muffin top or love handles
- For my children and future grandchildren
