I'm an Emergency Nurse in a busy urban ED, I lost 6 stone with Weight Watchers about 10 years ago but let it all creep back on!
I'm a Krav Maga Practitioner Level 2 following an intensive "Crash Camp" in Israel that I wouldn't have been anywhere near fit enough to participate in when I started this journey in May 2012
Now I've got my weight down, I need to focus of reshaping myself so I'm training with kettle bells and bodyweight exercises.
Why I want to get in shape
To feel better about myself and to improve my Krav Maga.
May 2013 I'm training in Israel and want to fit enough to get the most out of it!
