Why I want to get in shape
I want to bring down my BMI from 25 (9/26/12 at 21.9!)
I want to feel good and look good
I want to feel in control of my body and weight
I want to successfully challenge the thought, "that no matter what I do, I cannot lose weight"
- I have gotten below the weight I thought I was stuck at
- I have lost some weight already (19.5 lbs already!)
- I see that I have challenged the belief that I cannot lose weight
- It is not true that I cannot lose weight. I have lost weight!!!
