I've been trying to loose weight for a long time without counting calories. It doesn't work; even with exercise. I'm married, and have a teenage daughter.

Why I want to get in shape:

To be, feel, and look healthy, and to reduce back and knee pain. Also, make it easier to find clothes my size.
