"Getting back on track"
About Me:
Although within healthy weight range I am heavier now than I have been most of my life. I would like to get back to my normal weight before the pounds keep creeping upwards.
Why I want to get in shape:
I lost both parents to illness while in their 50's. I would like to stay as healthy and strong for as long as possible!
