Been fairly healthy, then un-healthy, healthier....Bang!!! totally un-healthy, wanting to get my healthy on more than ever & see what happens-for GOOD !!!
Why I want to get in shape
To feel younger, stronger & last a lot longer.

Sun 03/02/14 04:56PM Whole foods fresh, grind it yourself- honey roasted peanut butter is AMAZEBALLS !!! Not as healthy as fresh ground almond butter- still...
