About Me
I am your average guy. I have a great network of friends and family, a super girlfriend and I pretty stable life. In the past I have used a lot of martial arts training and bike riding to stay fit. After a knee injury, I took a break from training to heal. Now going back is super hard. My schedule doesn't lend it self to a normal workout schedule, and do to the increased intrest in MMA Fighting, martial arts schools cost too much. I have a gym membership, but I can lie, I hate going and find any excuse to skip it.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I am a police officer and being fit is important to keep me from getting hurt, also who doesn't look better when they loose the love handles.
