Hello! My name is Kyle. I'm an IU grad and have recently moved to Chicago. I'm basically using MFP to track what I eat and the exercises that I do. I have already lost 75 lbs and don't plan on losing any more, so I just want to use MFP to keep my weight where it is.

Why I Want To Get In Shape
Again, I'm just trying to maintain the weight that I've lost. I've heard so many stories about how people gained back all the weight they lost and I'm determined to not let that happen. Also, I want to gain a little muscle mass.
- My ex-gf said I looked like Adam Richman off of Man vs. Food.
- Just wanted to look better and feel more confident in myself
